Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to the Quick Bill service, which is a digital billing tool operated by PromoShot. All payments for Quick Bill are processed under the name PromoShot.

Nature of Service

Quick Bill is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides digital bill creation and sharing features. The service is delivered electronically and access is granted immediately after purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Users may stop using Quick Bill at any time. Since Quick Bill plans are based on usage credits and/or time-based access, cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

If a user purchases a paid plan, the plan remains active until its expiry date or until the included credits are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for the following:

Each bill generation consumes system resources. Therefore, once credits are used, they are non-refundable.

Failed or Incorrect Transactions

If a payment is successfully deducted but credits or plan access are not applied to the user’s account due to a technical issue, the user must contact support within 7 days of the transaction.

After verification, PromoShot may either:

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Service Limitations

Quick Bill does not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, or customer behavior. The service is a tool intended to simplify bill creation and sharing.

Users are encouraged to review the free plan (if available) before purchasing a paid plan.
