The terms “you”, “your”, “user”, “customer”, or “visitor” refer to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Quick Bill website, mobile web application, or related services.
By accessing or using Quick Bill, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
Quick Bill is a digital tool that allows users to create simple sales bills and share them electronically with customers. Quick Bill does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. PromoShot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, correctness, and legality of all information entered into Quick Bill, including item details, prices, customer information, tax details (if any), and business information.
PromoShot does not verify or validate the data entered by users and shall not be responsible for disputes, claims, penalties, or losses arising from incorrect or misleading bills generated using the Quick Bill service.
Certain features of Quick Bill may require payment. All payments for Quick Bill are processed and collected under the name PromoShot, which is the registered business entity.
Pricing, plan limits, and usage rules are displayed on the Quick Bill website and may be updated from time to time at our discretion.
All content, software, design elements, layouts, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with Quick Bill are owned by or licensed to PromoShot and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any portion of the Quick Bill service without prior written permission from PromoShot.
You agree not to use Quick Bill for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, creation of fake invoices, or violation of applicable local, state, or national laws.
PromoShot reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms is detected.
Quick Bill may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. PromoShot does not control or endorse such external websites and shall not be responsible for their content or practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromoShot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Quick Bill service.
PromoShot shall not be responsible for loss of data, loss of business, customer disputes, tax penalties, or financial losses resulting from reliance on bills generated using Quick Bill.
PromoShot reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to Quick Bill at any time, without prior notice, if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if the service is misused.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of the Quick Bill service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
